On 09.10.2018, REWAFI project team member participated in a working visit of three projects implemented in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Projects are co-financed by the EU programs aimed at promoting economic, social and territorial cohesion in the EU regions. The project “Space Science Centre Leads in Interactive Remote Sensing Technology” enabled to open a centre to monitor the Earth's surface using satellite data. The second project “Innovative Mobile Application Makes Farming Simpler and More Efficient” helps farmers use the benefits of the information society and the latest available technologies in their agricultural activities. The third project “Creating a Magnet for Research in Slovenia” allows for concerting and accelerating research activities from various fields (health, energy or life sciences).
